Highlights: 1) Got to play Fiddich & Tichu a couple of times where we crushed the opposing team. It was a raucous time. 2) Met with a dear friend I hadn’t seen in a long time & we played through The Grizzled back-to-back. She captured all the birds in the last round of Hold my beer.

Played Magical Athlete, Last Will, Dealt!, & Tsuro at a local pizza place. Magical Athlete at 6p was quite fun & Dealt! at 4p is one of my favs! I m hoping to teach Dealt! better next time. Folks couldnt internalize the endgame condition easily.

Exploring some German prog rock. A Poetry of Rain by Subsignal.

Listening to Close by Messa. It’s a unique listening experience blending few genres like black metal, folk, & post rock. I need to give it a couple more spins before recommending tracks. I love the spooky clean vocals, and thick doom style riffs. Wish some of the tracks were a bit shorter.
