this also was the first ever Armor Wizard drawn up by @handle.invalid (no idea if that'll link right since their fuckin handle is ILLEGAL) man that concept traveled far. these guys were such dorks.

Ser Alcatraz was a graduate of the Grimbolt School of Tactical Arcana: militant and professional door-kickers. breaching ceremonies come with chants. well-suited to urban maneuvers and environments. overly obsessed with the state of their kit. basically a wizard chud. he died in magi-nuclear fire.

i ran a drop-in-drop-out game for the @deadsetmedia.bsky.social discord server a few years ago. it began as a playtest for my homebrew Armor Wizards then spiraled wildly out of control into a "can we survive/outplay the apocalypse?" not many survived, but a few did.

Syr Lancington VII (First of His Name) was a bit of a layabout compared to the other Armor Wizards, and spent most of the initial adventure befriending a stray cat. when magical fallout irradiated and killed said cat, his demeanor and focus both sharpened dramatically. another #MORKBORG fella.

Stawazz was similar to Glurtz in that he also was doomed to carry a cursed zweihander. he was different in that his player joined very late in our #MORKBORG game for a few sessions. all the same, he made quite the splash by seeking out a man named "Odmyr the Curse-Dodger" whom buried him alive...

Babu Glurtz was one of the first adventurers present in my #MORKBORG game, and had a storied career with the various groups before finally dying in the encroaching darkness. he earned that armor.
