About 8 (including the alien) took off from Redcatch park this morning. Our dog Odin was more interested in food then going back to sleep than watching them take off.
We have a black dog, he hates it when we force him to stay in on hot days, but we do it. We are lucky that we are only 200 metres from a park with lots of shade, so as soon as it's cool, he's off. This is him on a cooler day.
My plan was whiskey, women and snacks for the dog. The dog is doing well
My wife has gone off to visit family in North Devon, leaving me and the boy behind, so it's a walk to find coffee...
Just saying (copied headline so you don't have to put up with reach media)
It's not really a downside, but with a dog, you've still got to go for a walk, and yes it was cold out there today. But he does make up for it 😄
Took the boy to the beach today, I think he was enjoying it
When tomatoes start growing in the street, in England it is perhaps a conversation point.
Woke up this morning to ballons from the Bristol balloon fiesta flying over. Dog very much fascinated.
Take the boy out for walks. Stop for a coffee along the way. Even though we live in the city, there's plenty of trees and parks to wander through.
Enjoying retirement. Today with a tired dog after a long walk this morning.
Most of the time he is good, but he has a streak of mischief in him
On this afternoon's dog walk, saw my first butterfly of the season. I think it's a comma with ragged wings but Odin was too keen to keep snuffling so I had to keep walking.
A big softy. Can be well trained, also can be wilful, mischievous. Just need to keep under observation at all times.
