Obsessed. Not so much with the plot, but the directing, the subtle cinematography, the art direction, the STYLING. The two main leads are killing it and same with the ensemble cast. On ep 13 and im glad I found my weekend binge. #TheFirstJasmine #cdrama
Something about #TheFirstJasmine gives it an old school #Cdrama feel - the coloring, the lack of background music, the small intimacy of the scenes. I started it on a whim but I’m really liking it.
At Episode 5 and (no surprise but) this is some of the best writing all year in dramaland and it makes me giddy when I’m supposed to be feeling other things. Dong-Min’s speech at the start of the show 🤗 this whole ep is just 👩🍳 😚 (I still hate the fkn watch tho; it’s a me problem I know)
Moment to moment rise and falls of a skirmish. I could barely tell one side from another at times. And then the eerie, hollow quiet that follows. Kudos to all the way around to the entire production. I can’t say enough about how this drama continues to surprise me.
So are the signs in the back or overhanging doors always purposeful commentary on the scene? Or are they random? #cdrama

Ok I had no idea why I was sticking with this drama. Eps 12-25 fr put me to sleep each night. But Ep 26! I am here for it! Felt like half way thru, the plot came through! It found its brain again & it ended great. Cheering for you #LoveBeyondTheGrave ! You can bring it home 💪 👏 👏 #cdrama
The #LoveStoryinthe1970s #cdrama was delightful to watch; mainly because of these two couples. All 4 actors embodied their roles so fully I couldn’t take their eyes off them when they were on screen. Honestly tho - almost every other character felt very one dimensional to me.
There’s so many ways this #kdrama could’ve gone wrong but (at least at the half way point) they’re killing it 🫶 The cameos of my kdrama queens and kings are just chefs kiss. I’m ready for more Seo InGuk screen time, especially in those sweaters and blazers and glasses 🤓 #BoyfriendOnDemand
Mostly think we can all agree that brooding intense (L&P) Arthur Chen is captivating. But smiley, happy-go-lucky Arthur Chen, is utterly enchanting. It’s nice to see him not so thin and I love this FL as well. Actually I’m kind of loving all the women in this drama with one very annoying exception
Right!?! I keep loosing track of the ways that he’s hawwwt. Like in #MyPageInThe90s where he’s all soft and floofy. Whoever put him in this purple sweater deserves a raise.
what kept me watching. This directors (directors?), cinematographer, art directors, whoever came together for the visuals on this drama, deserved an award. They turned the most mundane moments into magic and I couldn’t look away. I’m not into sci-fi so the plot just wasn’t doing it for me. 🦉
Finished #LoveOnTheTorquoiseLand #cdrama as I dive into CXXs dramas that I hadn’t seen. He was PHENOMENAL. His ‘Everyman’ persona, tucked inside such complicated situations, were like an acting layer cake for both he & Dilraba who was also great. Their chemistry was 🔥 but the LOOK of this drama was

#LoveBetweenLines in my first #Cdrama win of 2026. Obsessed with this FL. How she grows. How she is strong AND soft. At one point she talks about speaking truth with grace and that line will stick with me all year. How’s she’s giving it to our ML! PLEASE I love her. And their chemistry is 🔥
I mean…. So far he seems like a 6 ft tall green flag & our male lead is in shambles so I’m open minded at this point. Plus If he brings 1/2 the chemistry to Idol I that he brought as 2nd cpl in My Sweet Mobster I’m here for it! That 10 seconds rivaled the Business Proposal 2nd couple kiss 🔥
HOWEVER! This shot at the end of the show made it 100% worth it. The size difference squeeeeeee! Nakagawa Daisuke is a new-to-me actor but I hope we see more of him in future dramas. I couldn’t take my eyes off his face.
