Lunch today, a slimmed down version of dolma, cabbage only (and one cubano pepper), stuffed with rice, ground lamb and beef, onion, garlic, parsley, I threw in a chopped tomato and spices. I used lemon juice for the cooking broth…

Lunch today, Egypt’s national dish, melokhia (Jews mallow) with chicken. The chicken is boiled and the broth is used to cook the melokhia. Served with rice and a lemon onion relish…

Lunch today - koosa bi laban (stuffed Italian squash in a yogurt sauce), the squash is stuffed with ground beef then cooked in the yogurt sauce. Served with vermicelli pilaf.
Heavy lunch today, so it’s a Mexican shrimp salad for dinner, with, of course, shrimp (precooked), tomato, cucumber, jalapeno, red onion, and avocado, simple lime juice and salt dressing
And apparently Heinz is doing a limited release of redacted bottles in Canada….😂😂😂
This is soooo stupid and typical of the most corrupt organization in the world, 5 other stadiums have been affected by this policy, Levi’s, SoFi, AT&T, Lumen and MetLife. Also apparently condiment bottles like Heinz has to redact their logos….
