Progress is progress. Much better than the last one but it helped that the gym was empty so I could get to everything I needed haha!
Went to put the washing out and realised I forgot to water my plants for a day or 2! Marigolds and Sweet Peas were fine but a little dry... The drama queen that is the Borage however... keeled over in full dramatics like when I took it inside to protect it from slugs but it got a bit too hot...
Woke up drenched in sweat at 6am and couldn't get back to sleep after... Happy Friday everyone, or as I'm calling it - happy MCR-Eve! 🖤
Finally hungry so a nice bowl of fresh porridge topped with fresh strawberries and some almond, choc chips, mixed dried fruit and a splash of maple syrup 😋

Every hometown’s got the ominous megastructure, what’s yours’? Built for absolutely no purpose at all other than Lord Berners wanted a tower. You can climb to the top the 1st Sunday of the month and the views are amazing As teens we just used to smoke & get dunk on cheep cider up there 😅

Had a brief stint on the patio with my coffee before the sun moved round and it became unbearable 🫠 Have good 'un folks and stay hydrated! (That means plenty of water - coffee doesn't count!)

Made a cake to take up to my in-laws and it turned out pretty fucking great (as usual 😏💁🏻♂️) Vanilla sponge topped with cream and strawberry slices. Whipped the cream by hand too - I knew those nights alone in my bedroom with my right hand for company would come in handy 😜

Finally got my mitts on this. Thankfully my MacBook is old enough to have a cd drive so I could rip it and then blast it via the speakers. Honestly, this is such a cool album! Not like Slipknot B Sides, although there's elements of that and Stone Sour in there it's definitely its own thing

Bought a jumpstart booster today on a whim and got one of my faves! SECRET TUNNEEEEEEEL! Just need the Cabbage Merchant and Bosco (i hope he's been made into a card) and I'll be be very happy
