Good morning Mel ⛈️ rainy today in the beautiful Catskill mountains, perfect day to stay under the covers and read a good book.
It's environmentally safe while it will kill existing algae it's primarily an emergency fix not a permanent solution however even diluted it is harmful to birds, mammals and fish. And without a circulating pump that's never going to last I know I have a man-made pond in my backyard. Bears love it.
That's very cute, there's a gentleman in Central Park that always sits on the bench and feeds the squirrels he's been doing it for so long as soon as they see him he's like the pied piper they follow him all along the path it always makes me giggle. Here's a pretty picture of the park.

Upper East Side NYC I'm fortunate that I get to see the Red-tailed hawks on my balcony and I can watch them hunt, one landed with her fledgling on the roof over my balcony after they caught a pigeon it was amazing.
I know just how you feel, is really hot in the Catskill Mountains today, wanted to do some deadhead on the other half of my rose garden, nope, too hot have to wait for next week. 1/2 looks great the other one needs deadhead.
This side of my rose bushes is in full bloom right now, the other half is pink, white and purple but needs to be deadheaded.
I've always been fascinated by the insects I find in my garden, I'm always surrounded by spiders I find them incredibly fascinating. This one on my front porch.
There’s no need to mow this steep hill because nothing grows on it it’s just dirt covered with organic matter. I live on 10 acres of deep woods and I don’t cut down any trees I’m an organic gardener I have garden surrounding my house none of the woods or anything is touched.
Aren't they incredibly beautiful, had one die on my balcony, put in a frame. I also have a framed arts and craft style tile of the Luna Moth.
This is from last year we’ve had a little bit of a cold start this year so they haven’t opened up yet.
