Show #24: Lettuce at New England Brewing Company (NEBCO), Branford, CT - awesome setting on the water, good beers, good sound. Band sounded tight. It’s been 8+ yrs since I caught them. Lobster roll was only disappointing aspect. ‘Summer summer time..’
The final entry, 7/27/25: Reprisefest. This is #Phish where the gag matches up w/the music perfectly. I’s not a top 6 best show of all time (phish.net) but it’s awesome. Roses is where things got special from jamming but great throughout. Great list @the-megan-dance.bsky.social @rjbee.bsky.social

Show #23 Circles Around the Sun Levitt Pavilion, Westport, CT - As crunchy and hip as this white bucolic spot gets. Saw them with Neal in 2019, enjoyed - the jammiest band and show you will find.
3 Martini Lunch? Nah, 3 hot sauces is more my speed. I don’t really view Sriracha as a hot sauce but the Sweet Baby Rays is lacking. Went a little heavy today - the Last Dab is no joke.
Trey’s voice was as good as I’ve heard it, very strong. This was a really impressive and cool voice “jam” at end of YEM last song in the encore #phish
Show #22 Trey Anastasio Acoustic at the Capitol Theatre- I’m not sure how this man continues to impress and amaze me. Loved the show, the arrangements on many songs like Divided Sky, First Tube, etc. were awesome. phenomenal setlist.

Burn the Witch is an underrated song by Radiohead and Goose’s version with Stuart Bogie on sax is mesmerizing. Thom Yorke would be proud, can’t believe I caught this. I’ve listened to the Goosemas version 15x.
Show #19 Black Crowes at Hartford Healthcare Amphitheater in Bridgeport, CT. This might be the best of the 3x I’ve seen them, Chris’ voice was strong, didn’t remember them having so many extra band members and guitars. Got an Oh! Sweet Nuthin!
Show #18: Wood Brothers, District Hall, Norwalk, CT - first time seeing a show here (former Wall St Theater). Wood Bros talent level + their ability to blend different sounds and grooves just puts absolute joy in the soul.
Attendance bias but this Taste with Norwegian Wood tease reigns supreme (I was also at the Bakers Dozen version) and the Carini>Taste>Ghost>Boogie>If I Could in this tour opener is one of my favorite stretches of #Phish I’ve seen.
Not my favorite song but this jam and Rick’s guitar work is awesome #goose

Show #17: Tracy Jo & Friends at Park City Music Hall in Bridgeport, CT - great way to spend a rainy afternoon. Played one of my favorite covers along with a bunch of originals.
Show #16 of ‘26: JRAD at Westbowl in New Haven. A bit wet but not too bad, light rain throughout but smokin second set with a few JGB classics - Dear Prudence>Hey Jude and Mission in the Rain.
Last night’s Bruce concert left me feeling more patriotic than I have felt in a long time. The E Street Band, his music, & storytelling are far more of a true American representation than anything Trump or MAGA has ever offered. After the tour concludes he should post video of the show for free 🇺🇸
Show #14 of ‘26: The Boss, Springsteen at Barclays. 1st time seeing him and w/my daughter. Not a huge Bruce guy but loved it. Quite politically charged but still good musically, band is huge and sounds great. Tom Morello brought some nice guitar solos. Bruce looks amazing for 76, physical presence
This is such a wonderful mash up of old and new sounds, what a great vibe
