Call me Tim
@slimjimtx
I’m kind to humans and animals and I am a raging knucklehead. I occasionally joke around. I changed my avatar to the very distinguished Panda Man. I have disabled all DMs. Just interact with me publicly.
There was another time when we were in San Francisco. It was a Sunday and we had leftovers from a Dim Sum brunch. We gave them to a homeless man and ran into another that was holding a sign. My limit for a handout is $5. I appreciated his honesty and he asked that I share his photo and post it.
Here’s the thing and it breaks my heart. I see these dogs on the euthanasia list but I’m geographically too far away and I want to welcome them all. Love all the dogs. We also don’t have room for more than one extra dog. Small house. No yard. This one reminds me of Ruby. We said goodbye in April.
I get a lot of joshing from my brother about the fact that I am a fan of “Bluey.” You know what, dude? I can like whatever I like, dude. The show is funny and relatable to adults and children alike, dude. Listen, dude, my wife is getting this for Mother’s Day, dude…
I didn’t author this image. I took it from the internet. Will this get me in trouble?
I prefer to remember her in livelier times. Look at this young, unstoppable pup. This is how I will remember her forever. ❤️🐶
I asked a simple question and AI has to AI-splain what I was asking. I know what a cycle is in baseball, douchebits. That’s why I asked the question. Enjoy. Side note: I hope that “douchebits” catches on when AI is being a douche. It’s a computer and computers don’t have lady parts… yet.
I don’t believe in much. I believe in love, the joy of children laughing and the soothing effects of a rainy day. I also believe that my dog, Ruby will eventually succeed in tripping me so I break my neck like Hilary Swank in “Million Dollar Baby.”
I installed one of these on Friday. Our only visitor so far is a squirrel that I’ve named Rocky. Rocky seems to be gaining weight already. 😀
I’m reminded of this image from “Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy.” In case you don’t speak a little Spanish, the sign in English reads, “We spit on (or in?) your food.”
I am not looking forward to this weather. They’re comparing this to the winter of 2021. That year we had a pipe burst and it flooded the house and we lost electricity for weeks. I’m not looking forward to this.
These two lumps are Ranger on the left and Ruby on the right. The couch is their natural habitat. 🐶
Hey, look! I have covid! Fun! Fortunately, I got my hands on Paxlovid which seems to be effective so far. I feel quite a bit less shitty.
Thank you. I know the discussion is about the Military Industrial Complex, but this bit resonated with me, too. He was a wise man…
These two lumps have larceny in their hearts. Don’t you dare eat anything around these two scoundrels.
There’s a show called “Love on the Spectrum” about neurodivergent people dating. There’s an Australian and an American version, on Netflix, I believe. In the photo, she’s talking about soda, not powder. I just thought it was a funny screen grab. I’m sure she didn’t mean it that way. Good show!
I received this gift for Hanukkah or Christmas, pick one. Yes, I am a man who you could generously call middle aged, though I’m older than that. But I like me some Bluey. It’s funny and I don’t want any arguments! 🐶
I have had a recurring dream about my dog, Ruby, lecturing me about Dialistic Materialism. It’s weird, because I never imagined she was so the political sort. She goes from Hegel to Marx and Lenin and on and on. She’s a very intelligent dog who has clearly gotten in to my reading material.
