Berries are almost there.

While we were gone, our squashes grew by leaps and bounds. One vine grew out of the bed and ~10 feet into the yard. Trying these tromboncino hybrids in place of zucchini this year for squash borer resistance.

Duluth and lake time with friends. Almost feels like summer has started.

Forgot to post these chestnut mushrooms I picked last week - ate them with dinner last night.

Radishes ready to pick but no time to eat them. A couple swallowtail still hanging on. A bumper crop of milkweed but no signs of monarchs yet.

Killed the first couple sets of squash bugs today. But in better news - starting to see some progress! Black caps, the first tomatoes, snow peas.
