I haven't tried them yet but this seems like an OK deal at Sobeys (ends today). Fibre One squares (there's lemon, cinnamon bun and brownie), $2.99 a box. Get 1,000 Scene points when you buy five. So spend $15, get $10 back in points. They aren't big boxes, only five in a box, but?

My kid popped into Costco to do some shopping for me last week. I entered it into MyFitnessPal just for amusement, this was his 'snack' before coming home (and having supper probably two hours later). That's almost what I eat in an entire day. 🤣

I got the results fairly quickly. Had appointment May 1, results came in the mail a couple weeks later. How insulting, they called my breasts 'fatty'! How dare....oh. Wait. Fatty vs. dense is good.

One thing an Instant Pot does do very well is dried beans. I soak them first (just preference, you don't have to), and I freeze them in silicone molds. Then if I need a half a cup of black beans for something I just fish it out of the freezer.

I popped into Sobeys on the way home earlier, went through the self-checkout. "Visual monitoring in progress?" This is new to me. I greyed myself out there, but yeah my face was on the screen.
