Thought I’d give an update on what this project is and how it’s going to keep progressing now that I’m done school! Thank you to the over 1000 men who’ve signed up for Smut Therapy and had ‘Naked Therapy’ sessions with me! It’s a real honour I could practice my counselling skills while at school 💛

A moment of gratitude for this project. I was thinking about how to both practise my counselling skills while I’m in grad school for psychotherapy, and how to make therapy more accessible and appealing to men who want a safe space to talk about their sexualities. With that, Naked Therapy was born
