Veganuary J6 - Burger et potatoes On a voulu tester le steak vg de chez Vegan Deli, c'était vraiment pas incroyable :'( rien ne vaut ceux de chez Happyvore...
J6 - Salade chaude de chou roti, pois chiches et tofu grillé, ft une sauce citronnée 😋 Malgré toutes mes recettes à base de chou, il m'en reste encore la moitié à ce stade ...
J5 - Soupe de lentilles, poireaux et carottes ! 🥕 Encore une photo peu appétissante mais c'était vraiment bon !!
J4 - Taboulé d'hiver à la butternut et tranches de panisse Si vous aimez les pois chiches mais que vous n'avez jamais testé cette spécialité marseillaise, qu'attendez vous !!
J4 - Miso ramen avec tofu, épinards et carottes en toppings ! 🍜 Super facile et pratique pour écouler les restes de légumes au fond du frigo...
J3 - Pâtes aux champignons et haricots verts 🍝 Avec des bonnes pâtes d'Italie miamm
J2 - Riz, mapo tofu et salade de chou 🌱 Malheureusement je n'avais pas de tofu moelleux donc la texture n'était pas parfaite mais c'était bon !
J2 - rentrée des vacances, on a eu la flemme de cuisiner donc le cheatcode c'est de prendre au resto indien 👀 le dahl était particulièrement bon !
