Ah! Now ALL we have 2 do is convince our City Councils, mayors, Board of Supervisors & police unions! Quiet Our Streets Coalition has been after the issue 4 the last five years, while the aforementioned depts/entities, in #SanDiego give us lip service or flatly refuse to enforce our current laws.
I’m calling on the American People to tell their legislators, ESPECIALLY City Councils to GET RID OF THESE PREDATOR SCUM — EVERY company! “We want to buy your house”
Now there’s THIS piece of shit in #SanDiego swallowing up our homes (that greedy sellers are handing over)! Oh, but they can’t consume more than “350 homes” per shitty “housing act” our dipshit Congress has approved, loopholes and all! It’s a REVOLVING DOOR!!!!
Mark, this “law” does NOTHING 4 affordability! Do u know how many co’s r out there, at this moment, infiltrating our TV, mail & phones??! The “ 650 homes” rubbish is just that. Fix the issue BEFORE creating new ones (build more 4 investors 2 grab). R u REALLY that daft? Or r u working 4 developers?!

Stop w/the threats. We deserve action & an emancipation from Dick-Tater-ship. The American People r too weak 2 even support such declarations. They just keep getting abducted/murdered & the media still keeps shedding tears while our mayors & governors watch from the safety of their living rooms.

Can’t help but make assumptions, when I see this👇🏻in my HOA “guest parking” (overcrowded rentals fill every damn space—no way 2 charge our EVs; Board installed them w/o our vote & slapped us w/a monster special assessment!). This guy uses placard instead of a parking permit.
With respect, I owned 3 different ones & still have my (his, actually) 2011 Z4, which we both drive with consciousness. What pisses me off are the ones #StreetFreaks modify these days!
We insist on knowing the reason behind this AND the damage physically done!

I grapple with this. The DEMS in CA want nothing but dense rental housing for predatory investor revenue while ending single family home ownership. How much the DEMS & GOP financial interests intersect sets my teeth on edge.
