Yesterday, i joined the Cat Rides group for a walk and to celebrate Toby the cat’s 4th birthday. We started with a small exhibit of the cats of Ballard at push pull.

Biked 65ish miles today including the commute and then a Cat Ride to get some ice cream. I’m surprisingly not that tired, and had a good time.

Another cat ride today with some extra cats! Our route actually was a silhouette of a cat’s head. It was mostly a good ride.

A rainy cat ride! I think toby slept most of the time but i snapped a quick picture at the end when he poked his head out. We had some nice trails along a creek today. I didn’t really have time to do this ride but i made some anyway. Who needs sleep?

Tonight was both a cat ride and bike disco.

I did the cat rides nw ride today and learned about the Liction Spring that fed into Green Lake and how that connected to lake Washington. 1 cat and one tiny dog.

I’m sore, but i biked another 15 miles for bike disco. We’re starting on Mercer island tonight.

Today i did the first Cat Ride NW of the year, which had 3 cats, some babies, and a couple riding a tandem bike. We stopped to see the UW cherry trees, and ended with an Easter egg hunt. It was a blast!

Yeah UW stadium and Burke would be my general suggestion as it's flat, beautiful, and very low stress, but obviously much longer. 148th is doable, but the returning involves some steeper climbs. From LR to LFP consider: 155th->15th->150th->27th->155th->156th->37th->165th->Burke Gilman N.

So many people showed up for this ride for Alex Pretti and it was pretty awesome. Totally worth the extra 30 some mile ride to get there and back.

Biked over to west Seattle for the ride for Alex there. Nice crowd so far. There’s still quite a few people behind me and in front it extends to admiral.

One of my favorite sections of 99 makes for a great walk. Don’t know how they got approval for parking spaces like this, which just encourage drivers to park on the sidewalk.
