From a #VA contact: The @deptvetaffairs.bsky.social will not do a RIF. Instead, eliminating many unfilled positions. Each VA org was given a number of unfilled positions to keep. All are less than 50% and some much lower. Rationale is unclear b/c the medical staff budget is essentially unchanged.
