Locked in on a Chris Bumstead meal prep. 320 g egg whites, one egg, 45 g ground turkey, and 45 g of protein oatmeal. I’m calling it a Bumstead omelet.

I made the most amazing chili tonight. Totally stumbled into it, was going to do beans on tacos. Just threw in tomato paste, a chili mix I had lying around, and brown sugar. Turned out amazing, and I’ll be eating it all weekend…
