Some updates after we sent funds last month to help her with kidney stones and her exam fees

Here are some updates:

• Nermin was able to get the medication to try to disintegrate her kidney stones. However, as I understood it wasn't enough and she still needs dialysis (100 USD)
• She ran out of pain killers and was dming me in the middle of the night because the pain was so intense she couldn't sleep (50 USD)
• Thanks to everyone, we were able to send the amount to cover Nermin's uni fees and she didn't have to drop out (which she was ready to do to prioritise her family's urgent needs). However, as it's very hard to send funds to Gaza, it took 1 week for the funds to reach her and she was denied the possibility to present 2 of her exams.

• Thankfully, her final exams are this week and now that her fees are paid she can pass them. Sending her so much strength for this week!
• Registration for her 2nd year of uni are now opened and to be able to attend classes, she needs to pay 650 USD for the whole year BEFORE JULY 25TH
• Nermin also told me they urgently need clothes as theirs are so damaged + not right for the summer heat (100 USD)

Nermin is a 20 year old living in Gaza with acute kidney failure. She's the only one taking care of her 2 little sisters (4 & 6 years old) + their sick mother.
Last month, my friend and I ran an urgent matching challenge for Nermin and we were able to raise £400 together to cover some food, medication + university exam fees so Nermin could pass her exams after studying all year despite her intense suffering.
Unfortunately, she's not doing better and needs help to get dialysis, pain killers, clothes and to pay for next year uni fees
