You are correct that generations before us were mostly unaware of the burdens they were carrying, and often projected their unhealed burdens onto their children, creating a compounding effect with each generation. Abuse, neglect and violence was present. We are
✨️ Notice what you feel in your body and where, when you say out loud the following: "How do I resolve the malaise in me and whatever caused it in the first place" Tune in and feel what your body is saying. For me it takes a minute or so. ✨️
I cut soda cans and put around the base (cut off top/bottom then cut in 1/2 again with scissors) then press a bit into the dirt. The slugs cannot get over the sharp edge. I do this when I first plant but yours look like they would still fit over their tops. Works all season!

✨️ I've said it before, but if there is just ONE concept I wish was common knowledge Is that consciousness can and does fragment (for everyone) Caused by trauma/self-rejection, it can be resolved but takes effort Modern day is "parts-work" or "shadow-work" Ancient remedy is "soul-retrieval" ✨️
