Went careening down a mountain on a bike today and only wiped out once. Also check out the wildfire smoke to the east.
My coach (an actual one) gave me speed rep dead lifts this program and today they got strangely wobbly.

Took a break from social media for a couple weeks. Went on some bike rides, did some skiing, went to the beach.
sometimes a work task is so mind bending it takes several smart people too long to figure out the original point of inquiry was predicated on the wrong base set of facts and the actual solution answers a different question. Anyways here’s a pic of me staring directly into the sun this afternoon.

A couple years ago Apple Maps caught me outside moping/crying/being depressed at two different addresses within two months - one of the images has since been updated. Going through a divorce right at the beginning of COVID was something I would wish on no one. Man, I’m glad to be out of Georgia.
had a dream once that I was giving a presentation at work and it was going really poorly so my dog hopped up on the table and started to dance as a distraction. good boy.
