Got to welcome ArmandO Dobra to #LOFC. Anyone whose name begins or ends in O is welcome. Plus he clearly has an eye for goal. Best not ask why he only played half a dozen games last season.
We're told that there is another #LOFC connection with the World Cup: Haiti manager Sébastien Migné was apparently with the club at some point in 1997-98. But he never even made the first team squad, so there's nothing more. Any chance of a newspaper or programme clipping mentioning him?
102 years ago... but yesterday, former Os player Terry McDonald was back at @lofcsupporters.bsky.social. #LOFC have only beaten #ManU twice, both times 1-0. McDonald, now 87, scored the winning goal in the more recent victory - September 1962 in the old First Division.
Just realised that the 2026 #LOFC calendar has Dom Ballard as the featured player for August. Seems a bit optimistic.

Example: Stevenage have conceded the fewest goals in League 1. Their defence? No. Their defensive awareness overall? No. They've conceded the 2nd most shots on target! It's keeper Filip Marschall. If #LOFC had him (he's 22, played for Crewe last season and was available), we'd be playoffs or higher.
