I had a "vasovagal episode" during a medical procedure the other day, and I wondered if it would show up on my smartwatch. Sure enough, it did. Heart rate plummeted from mid 80's to 52.

So since you went through such a horrible time with SARS CoV 2, does that mean you are doing everything you can to avoid it now and in the future? And to prevent yourself from infecting other people and potentially killing/disabling them?

@drjolenebrighten I am assuming this is a comment made in good faith and am answering it as such. If you watch my stories, you know I wear a mask when I travel. I wipe down surfaces, wash hands, avoid touching my face, and all the things we tell patients to do. I also do not leave my house if I’m sick. I have had COVID twice since this because despite best efforts, contracting viruses is part of the human experience. And unfortunately, this virus is now part of that experience.
