I'm very happy to discover my love of Virtua Fighter this year and for it finally click that fighting games could be for me. Perfect timing too, since I get to giddily anticipate Crossroads next year with everyone else.
I'm lucky and grateful to receive a Switch 2 for my 40th. Simultaneously, it's a bittersweet moment as I feel this is likely to be the last new game console I'll own. I think the events of the last week are an inflection point that will change the gaming hobby forever, and not for the better.
I heard some dumb company was saying no one wants to buy hard copies of their games anymore.

Virtua Fighter 6 looked fantastic in the reveal! 2027 can't come soon enough. Also hoping Sega notices the positive comparisons of the story mode to Shenmue and keeps that in mind for future project considerations.

A few hours into a first time ever play through of Final Fantasy Tactics and I can tell already it’s got the elements of a masterpiece woven into it. The voice acting alone is a triumph that emphatically makes the remaster a worthy endeavor.

Wanted to get that slick blue outfit for Shinobi they give free with a Sega account. But after reading the privacy policy I'd rather just pay the $2 for it. Not going to obliterate my privacy and sign up for that level of data tracking from a corp.
