Is this a Theodora? If anyone knows, that would be mint. Deep red on most of each petal from edge inward; center is dandelion yellow. One flower in bloom, others in bud waiting to burst.

We had that sitch but w/ a dog who'd been slapped by a male owner before being surrendered at 9 y.o. from the only home he'd known. Pup bit my spouse for months, scared of all men. We're patient. After 6 months: no biting. Three years on & the pup would prefer to always be physically adhered to us.

My sweet little pup who we adopted when he was 9 y.o. and he is now 12. He was 9 in this photo; it is close to when we brought him home. The shelter said he had not gotten much attention. We fell in love w/ him instantly.

The District Attorney’s Office takes seriously any formal complaint brought forth to law enforcement by a victim of an alleged sexual assault. If a victim exercises the courage to come forward with credible allegations, we owe it to both them and the general public to carefully examine those claims."

A post on X by author Stephen King after PHustle's status as a rapist is confirmed. How can King say "I hope he doesn't" of PHustle leaving the race? Sick.

Platner's haters are embracing a distorted conception of him — and his following — built on a fundamental misunderstanding of his appeal. Some appalled by Platner's rise have convinced themselves that many voters are drawn to him because of his supposed antisemitism, and that anyone who denies this is being mendacious. Platner, wrote Philip Klein in National Review, “had one thing going for him, which is that he gained attention for his antisemitism. That is a ticket to success in the modern Democratic Party.”

This argument is premised on a deliberate misreading of both Platner and his progressive fans. We know about many of the outré and occasionally disturbing views Platner once held because years of his Reddit posts have come to light. He's apologized for some of them, saying that he made them at a time in his life when he was lost, angry and suffering from PTSD from his military service in Iraq and Afghanistan. But aside from a single post suggesting that Black people were bad tippers, there is nothing in these messages that indicates an interest in racial hierarchies or anti-Jewish conspiracy theories.

Democrats with Martin's name attached endorsed PHustle before our 9 June primary. I'm a ME voter and I was, and still am, very upset about what Martin's DNC--and everyone for PHustle--did to our primary. Here's a screenshot as evidence to support my claim.

Mills has not endorsed Platner and did not mention him when he secured the Democratic nomination on June 9. Platner said he's been unable to reach Mills when asked by Maine Public Tuesday if he's sought her backing.

"We’ve reached out multiple times through multiple channels, but we still have not connected. I very much hope to do so at some point soon," he said. "I would love to see a unified front moving into November."

I've been to the law office & studied 3k my entire adult life. They and the White League--another hate group--terrorized potential new voters, new students, the teachers who came in to teach the new students; they burned down schools and voting stations. The goal: freedom will be worse than slavery.
