Didn’t want to work last week so just killed time studying for technician license test. Took test instead of packing for work travel on Saturday… got my callsign this morning :3 Been spending so much time just listening to amateur bands. Looking forward to participating now!
Found another loose gear (big grey one) Ordered a replacement, no big deal. Broke my speedo needle though :(

Rigged up a doohickey to measure resistance on a new temp sender so I could get the response curve and figure out if my Volvo is ACTUALLY overheating or if it is just 46 year old electronics.

A few more upgrades to the lil twucc. Aluminum skid plate for lower CG and longer travel shocks
Giving new life to the thinkpad w541. I just spent 4 hours untangling some sort of initramfs issue with Ubuntu. Immediately backed up some files and slapping cachyos on this thing.
Wiring is a bit of a mess. I will probably cut and solder these to clean them up
