Dubliner living on Rathlin Island, Co. Antrim. Recovering academic. Politics, history, sociology, music, Liverpool FC and some photos of an island. Was never a member of The Stars Of Heaven, sadly. #WeAreHopeDespiteTheTimes

Remembering Jo Cox MP, her family and friends and her constituents today on her 10th anniversary. Murdered by a far right terrorist: never forget and never let them win.
After what has felt like weeks of dark grey clouds, heavy rain and freezing cold winds, it is so good to just see... this. Rathlin Island, Co. Antrim #speirgorm
