I was devastated to hear of the passing of Marjane Satrapi. She was an incredible artist, an absolute force of nature and a beautiful human. I am so grateful for the time we got to spend together and am heartbroken for her family and friends. Sleep well brilliant Marjane, you were the real deal XO

However, the creative sector is predominantly built on the contribution of creatives who go under the radar - creatives who support others to ensure the project is successfully delivered. What's it like being a creative collaborator who supports others to achieve their creative vision? How can creatives move seamlessly from focusing on their own passion projects to being a team player away from the spotlight? To what extent can creatives who work under the radar still influence the direction of creative projects? And how do we support new unseen/unheard creatives to emerge into the light?
