I’ve used up a load of leftovers (new potatoes, green beans, peas, chickpeas, salad onion, cucumber) to make a salad with a strong, mustardy lemon vinaigrette served with Iberico pork. Summery goodness!

Good morning Didi and all. Epic storms last night. Could have done with more kip after the beer shop crew pub crawl yesterday. Am pleased to report that the mission was accomplished with no casualties. Our reward is four days of mid30s temps at the market. Pray for our chillers and fridges.
