Great morning at Jubilee junior parkrun. It's like having a second family. Best day of the week. 92 children plus adults got round with tremendous support.

10 years ago today, I became British Doubles Champion at minigolf. I would end up with 6 career titles, 46 top three finishes, over 100 top ten finishes and 7 GB caps. I was pretty good at something for once in my life.

12 years since posted this. I was out of control, probably likely to have not been here now if I didn't change the lifestyle I was living. By November, I had moved to Cambridgeshire. I saved my life that day without knowing it.
Walk around Ramsey. 7,000 steps done, about an hour or so. Nice to spend that time with no distractions.
On my travels to Huntingdon followed by Johnson's of Old Hurst. I swear I just grabbed the first shirt I could find while running out of the door.

Lovely morning out in St Neots for junior parkrun. Met some good people, including Carole, who was volunteering for the 250th time.
