North of Boston Just my posts:
I finally burned through the tape in the Brother handheld label printer I salvaged from my early-aughts dot-com company’s fire “sale.”
I happened across some leftover s’more ingredients tonight after hosting a baseball pasta dinner and I only set fire to one of the five I ate. I’m fatting .800.
A photo of mine from Taormina Sicily. Her blue-green eyes glowed like the Mediterranean in December - cold, beautiful, and promising trouble. But I had a hunch the light was on and nobody was home, the kind of glow that comes from a lamp one bulb short of enlightenment.
Granted I may had been a little hungry when I saw him but he was one of my OG bad guys from early cable tv.

A college art project using photocopied textures. I haven't been able to locate the original photo but this was my interpretation of an image of Governor George Wallace with a black man peering over his shoulder, featuring ramen noodles, fingerprints, grunge sweaters and glower. Give it a squint.
I’m putting out tacos for 32 people a week from tomorrow on a lake in the mountains six hours from here, which coincidentally is the same amount of time it took me to make the hot sauce for it.
I ended our weeklong trip to Georgia for baseball by driving by the start of the Appalachian Trail. Headed home tomorrow but unfortunately I’m not walking.
