Stupidly excited to have my first new walker that will let me potentially stop shuffling or being hunched over to be comfortable. Small things these days bring joy and not being in my wheelchair every rare time I go out is wonderful. (Plus it closes down almost like a pram so storing it better).

Don't even be afraid to reach out for help. There should be no stigma in regards to mental health - talk to someone if you need it. It truly helps if you can f9nd someone.
