Made Khao Soi Gai 🇹🇭 tonight A chicken curry though I put mind in the slow cooker. It didn’t need if. But it was tasty
The adults enjoyed the lemony chicken rice soup. 3 yo nephew not a fan. Served it straight out of the pot. Mum would be horrified lol 😂 Tasted freaking awesome 🤩 if I do say so myself

A giant slow cooker of chicken thigh, onion, celery, bay leaves plus added garlic & carrot (recipe didn’t call for it but I have it and enjoy it in soup)
Used leftover pasta to make a breakfast pasta It was really filling Truffle pasta with potato gems & a poached egg and parsley. There’s speck, onion, mushrooms & cream in the sauce. Plus truffle seasoning, oil & salt
Dinner tonight was truffle fettuccine with mushrooms, speck, shallot and garlic
Breakfast is Steak and Eggs Leftover tartare, fried egg, sliced tomato, parsley, toast, Aleppo pepper & chilli flakes plus some salt & pepper
