Made a silly light LOD system for my VRC world ^^

I've been having issues with shaders I wanted to make a glow effect, always looking at the camera (billboard) and everywhere I looked, people were saying to make it shader based cause VRC is already heavily CPU hungry But it glitches when I move the camera, and the vertex offset gets borked
