Also, I saw the TV show “Raines” on the board, and I’m the only person on the planet who remembers the show where Jeff Goldblum was a homicide detective who imagined the victims talking to him, but they weren’t ghosts, he was just a wannabe crime novelist talking to imaginary people.
Also, nobody cares about this but me, but Merritt Wever, who plays Hansen’s producer, was actually on Studio 60, she was Suzanne, a PA and eventually Matt’s assistant.
I think the “Primetime” trailer is trying to tell me I should dislike Chris Hansen because he’s a sociopath. But it mostly succeeded in telling me I should dislike Chris Hansen because he got Studio 60 cancelled.
Damn, the moment you see this dude, it’s like a guarantee that we’re never getting another installment in that series

Obviously, this could change, but I’m going off of the version of the show they’re describing in the announcement. If they wind up telling stories post-Serenity, that would be a harder sell, but if this version of the series works, and they want to keep the story going the movie… we’ll see.

Just ran my third in-person game in four years, and the 1st one I’ve hosted since early 2020! And it went really well! I managed to recruit a new ongoing group, most of whom were new players! (Special thanks to Baldur’s Gate 3 and Legend of Vox Machina for helping get new players excited to play!)
