Monthly check-in, shared progress, next steps ahead. Today we held our Support4Resilience WP4 meeting to review Local Learning Collaboratives, cRCT response rates, and align on data collection across countries. Staying connected helps us move forward together 💪
Resilience in healthcare is a shared process. Resilient individuals strengthen organizations, and resilient organizations support individuals. Leadership is what connects the two but gaps remain, especially in how we support informal caregivers. 🔍 support4resilience.eu/how-can-lead...
Leaders play a key role in connecting people and systems in healthcare. By building trust, supporting teams, and ensuring the right resources, they help create the conditions where resilience can grow, both for individuals and organizations.
Resilience in informal caregivers is not just personal. It’s shaped by support, skills, and how care systems work around them. From feeling competent in their role to access to training, support networks, and coordination with professionals, these elements make a real difference.
Individual resilience in healthcare workers is shaped by both personal and workplace factors. From psychological safety and teamwork to leadership support and opportunities to grow, resilience depends on the environment around us.
How can leaders strengthen resilience in elderly care? On World Day for Safety and Health at Work, we explore 134 studies showing how leadership supports both individual and organizational resilience, and where informal caregivers are still overlooked. support4resilience.eu/how-can-lead...
We closed the day with WP4, which focuses on implementing and evaluating the S4R Toolbox in elderly care across six European countries. Today’s session covered intervention design, pilot feedback from Norway, and a 10-minute round for partners to share progress. 🔍
Kicking off the Support4Resilience annual meeting in Turku, Finland! 🙌 We began the session by focusing on WP3. Teams participated in a hands-on workshop simulating real-life use of the S4RToolbox, sparking discussions on improvements and evaluating its current status.
