On the menu tonight! Beef ribs, done in my (fairly) new air fryer. I was skeptical of them which is why I took so long getting one. I'm impressed with the few things I've made, but these were A++ and much quicker/easier than the oven, BBQ method. Now, just need the Jays to win....
