Sadness. Started adding some terrain features to my ASOIAF minis. Had a cool idea to recycle some 40K sprue and make a little spike barricade for my halberdiers. After like an hour of whittling and gluing and shedding blood, it KINDA WORKS... ...but it's too big for their fucking unit tray! >,<
(disclaimer: these were not all painted today, I was generally managing like a couple a day in a few hours between work and bed, but today I got all four of my horsey squad and the first couple of Wardens done) The full, uh, ensemble. Ours is the fury! 🦌

Oh! If you're in Osaka, absolutely have to check out the dotonbori, around the river there's tons of street food vendors and you can pretty easily find a cruise going up and down it. Recommend going at night, cuz it's really pretty with all the lights and stuff lit up ...AND DA POKÉMON CAFÉ
If you're anywhere near the Kyoto area, highly recommend getting the train out to Uji. Cross the river via the big bridge where there's a statue of Murasaki Shikibu, wander through the cutest ye olde Japanese town to find Uji Shrine, cross back over at the other end for the most gorgeous view.
