Still chugging away. Broke over 100,000 characters (including spaces). Still a hell of a lot to write still.

So, I am averaging maybe half a page to a page a week. I would like to have more output, but there is only so much I can do while also working a 40-hour a week job (with a 45-minute commute time in each direction). #writing
Finally, Transformers. I don't have the huge nostalgia tied to the IP, but I did like how it was integrated into the table. The skill shot requires you to launch the ball with just enough power to have it hit the upper flipper, which makes it harder than needed. Fun game overall.
Next up, Sonic the Hedgehog. It's a Steve Ritchie design through and through, fast and lots of flow. The game suffers from "Jersey Jack Bloat" where they throw everything including the kitchen sink and once again, you don't know which shots to make to activate the sink.
Back at 1up Westminster today. First up: Winchester Mystery House. The biggest problem was reliability. The game wasn't getting power when we arrived and after a power cycle, it worked until the ball couldn't get out of the trough to the shooter lane. Fun when it worked, though.
Added a little more this week. Gonna celebrate my progress even if it isn't a heck of a lot.
In a few weeks I have someone coming over to teach me how to FINALLY use the Pioneer deck (Pioneer DJ DDJ-400) I got several years ago. This means I have to get music I want to use for a track list and I have no fucking idea what I am doing and OH GOD HOW DOES MUSIC AND RHYTHM WORK
I have a slightly soft spot for Soukaigi. It's janky as all hell but the OST for the game is phenomenal. Still have my physical copy.

I'm a trans woman writing a deeply personal autobiographical project about falling in love with a hobby (video gaming), not being interested in it anymore and trying to understand why. This project is me trying to make sense of it all as hobbies don't exist in a vacuum. Pic is my current progress.
Work in Progress update. Made a little progress yesterday. It's slower than I would like, but we all can't be Sanderson who sneezes and a fully written trilogy full of rich world building comes out.
I read NERDS ROPE and the pic was the first thing that came to mind. As far of it's usefulness for shibari, well, I am guessing being able to eat your way out of it defeats the purpose.
Writing project update - not much of an update. Mostly some cleaning up and formatting. Also moved to a hopefully better piece of software (I am using LibreOffice for those interested).
Writing project still chugging along. On chapter 4 (of 20 planned). Progress is progress, right?
Writing project is coming along, although I've had to do a little re-writing here and there as I deviated too much on what I was trying to convey. I decided that a few passages needed more focus, so here we are.
