I don't know about others But it truly seems like I'm in the cocoon stage The limbo stage It feels that way for all of humanity regarding climate, AI, nuclear war, etc But my view of "reality" & people is shifting so dramatically it feels like I'm aging 5 yrs/day
Happy happy Bday!! What a milestone! Here's some more cake! Also, love that table cloth
It's weird how we went from years of "People alarmed about the climate are overreacting" To "We're living in mass extinction & there's nothing we can do" Like srsly NO period of the masses being on board with less consumption & serious efforts on behalf of our precious earth
This is mine I did in a college art class. I don't even think I could replicate it anymore I've lost most of my skills in the past 15 years
‼️ You cannot be LandBack and also hold the idea that invasive plants somehow move in for some reason of healing the land ‼️ Looking at you Caroline Casey Ecologically, invasive plants are human caused colonization that are genociding native species & ecosystems
People have started so many religions and written so many books convincing people that their painf and suffering means they are chosen for something special.
How are these dried oak leaves still green? They are literally 2 years old but never turned brown ???
From my friend in Mpls: It’s honestly felt like fighting a foreign army, but peacefully on our part, with the Feds here. Instead of taking up arms we fed, clothed, and housed our vulnerable neighbors. Still are.
Tension is stored in our joints You must meet my cats That is where I store my love #Haiku
I don't think it's going to matter Been trying to discern this feeling I have when I think about life choices I need to make The only thing that makes the feeling make sense is that we'll be obliterated in nuclear war soon Nothing's going to matter So then how to be/what to do until that moment?
I know this doesn't matter at all with everythung horrifying that has been happening but I am wondering about this particular choice of "art" (?) for the podiatrist office
First time being called a troll and SURPRISE It's a liberal white guy who's mad that I said marginalized voices should get more air time than white men's voices So much for the democracy he thinks he's trying to save
Very disappointed to learn that Mel Robbin's whole "Let Them" theory Isn't about how to spoil my cats 😕
*** Not that they didn't have their merits But maybe we never needed WaPo or Twitter Maybe all we've ever needed was to listen to indigenous voices ***
This will be the hottest summer on record for the North URGE YOUR TOWNS/CITIES TO SWAP OUT ASPHALT & CONCRETE FOR TREES WHICH PROVIDE SHADE !!!
A non-US friend has chosen to take this moment, the lowest of my life, to be mean & bail They have stable housing, community, a job, tons of nature, stable country but are choosing to let a bad break up take them down such that they can't be a friend to someone with none of the above resources
Ooh that is a conundrum. My asters died from lack of watering and as I see the bees cling to the last blooming coneflower, my vote would be asters for food and hopefully insects find their way to the back yard for laying eggs in stems... You can always hang handmade bug homes in front
Why is the response to political violence never to read the Bhag Gita? It should be. Re-reading now.

I was surprised to find out in a Forbes article that there are billionaires in every single state in the U.S. 🤯 And since the pandemic they all got a lot richer I also really like Generic Art Dad on IG for explaining stuff like private equity how they evade taxes
