Player View is the absolute MVP for this game. Creating a base file with all the NPCs based on the level of engagement they have with the players which I can display on the monitor behind me is incredibly useful.
Looking good! VtM doesn't really have decent statblock support in Obsidian as far as I can tell, but to be fair it doesn't really need it. There tends to be a lot of NPCs having as much stat detail as I can be arsed to give them, so they look different depending on how much detail I fancy.
A slightly more close up and useful view. Red dots are vampires, yellow are humans, white are places or groups I think. Blue are Fronts.
2nd session of @scratchpadpub.bsky.social Spectaculars tonight and I decided to customise some dice to use as the Drawback dice. The Advantage dice match nicely with some numbered 0 and 1 if found which I'm pretty sure we're from Hollow Earth Expedition which I bought years ago.

Like this example of using Obsidian to manage the various characters, locations, fronts and whatnot for the London by Night VtM TTRPG I'm running. 30 or 20 years ago the thought of having a laptop on the table to run games from wasn't something I considered practical, but now it's really helpful.
Somewhat pissed, sat in my dining room listening to what in my current state I'm absolutely convinced is the greatest album ever recorded. Pretty sure I'll change my mind tomorrow, but for now it's this absolute masterpiece.
Maybe there's some hang up around the old monster wargame rulebooks people used to wade through in the 70s and 80s? Stuff like Campaign for North Africa or ASL where the rules are referenced by numbers? To be clear, most don't want RPG rules ending up like this delightful entry!

Had to travel across London (Waterloo to Kings Cross) in order to get up norf for work, but the tube strike meant that was a 50 minute walk instead of a 15 mins tube ride. Managed to find time for some photos of the closed York Road tube station because reasons.

Do I have poor impulse control when it comes to new gadgets? Yes. Am I having fun with this nonsense? Also yes.
Great, I really needed a new rabbit hole to fall down. Cardputer ADV is a tiny, low power ESP based computer with a bunch of sensors and expansion ports. I'm going to lose a lot of time buggering about with this aren't I?

I have a pair I bought about 20 years ago. They're kinda ugly, and whoever made them admits they didn't think to organise the numbers correctly so the opposite sides don't add up nicely like they should.
