I can't tell if it looks worse than it is, or better than it is. Walking still sucks, but the ankle isn't the injury. Being on a plane for 9 hours plus compression socks has made the blood move around. A pulled or partially tore a muscle or tendon. Recovery will be a minute.

This is kinda my staple meal at Hidakaya Vegetable ramen with marinated egg, and a half serving of noodles 6 pieces of gyoza Half serving of fried rice Shredded leek (I absolutely love onion like flavors) 1440 yen, so about 9 dollars. And it makes me really full.

This is clam based ramen from Shinjiko Shijimi in Zoushiki. It's an amazing place with only 5 seats and reservations only. I always try to go here one while I go to Japan. The pork bowl with the raw egg is absolutely worth it too.

Fucking this. They're going to test the waters and keep testing the waters because it might make them money. "We'll find other ways to bring users back" is all you need to know. They'll do this again, or just be more silent about it in the future. We as a community need to find something else.
I've been at it for 2 months. Dieting, running, cycling, HIIT, weight lifting. Building muscle and slowly doing re-composition. I signed up for a half marathon at the end of May to motivate myself to push hard. We'll see where I am at month 6.
Last night we did monjayaki. @kaiserneko.bsky.social and my husband had this and more Okonomiyaki while listen to Triple J's Hottest 100. First time doing it at home and it was a blast. Nit as good as at restaurants, but still good.
