I’m here for at least another day. Everything is normal except white count, so some kind of infection is going on. They’re waiting on latest cultures. He said he wants them normal 48 hours before letting me go.😫 At least they have good cable channels and a 55” tv to keep me semi entertained.

Had my Rituxan infusion today and wanted to get home to bed for the night. This is not the bed I wanted nor how I wanted to spend my evening. My heart rate has been 103 to 140’s all day, BP is running high tonight. In the ER…waiting for labs to come back and new orders for IV fluids and chest CT. 🫤
Having my birthday dinner a day early tonight at Perry’s Steakhouse, fabulous Koji Aged Filet mignon with a sauce trio of béarnaise sauce, peppercorn reduction, truffle Merlot Demi glacé and Bananas Foster flambéed at the table. It was delicious. 🤤
Surgery went well. He Found issue with bicep so fixed that as well. Looks great considering what it went through. Block is still working, not looking forward to it starting to wear off.

I’ve been to every hospital system in SA. Today’s the 1st time at University Hospital. Having the procedure to go into my pancreas, liver, stomach, upper GI. Lupus has attacked my pancreas causing chronic pancreatitis & Dr wants to check everything else & see how bad it all is. #LupusWarrior

I’m so over the 2020’s. We lost dad Jan 5, 2020, lost my bio dad 2021, lost an aunt and uncle in the last couple years, 2 months ago we lost mom to cancer on May 5, just found out my 25 yr old nephew was just diagnosed with testicular cancer. He just got engaged to his girlfriend 2 weeks ago.
5 weeks post op from reverse shoulder replacement, still in pillow sling 24/7 for another week, except showers & I’ve had to sleep inclined the whole time, another week to go. Never wanted to lay down so bad in my life.😩 Healing nicely.

Had 10 day post op appt today. Everything looks great, I have 0 shoulder pain, it’s fantastic. 4.5 more weeks in the pillow sling, then will have 2nd post op appt, sling comes off & physical therapy starts. You can see the med port in my right chest under the shoulder implants.
