😬 rice, cabbage, and jerk may be the safer options. (I figured I was safe with curries, but not necessarily. My mom uses a curry booster that contains wheat flour.) These have helped me so much with the painful side effects.

Sources said representatives for Perry worked through management, human resources and legal channels before returning to the airport to distribute the gift cards to TSA employees. However, the airport’s federal security director later raised concerns about the distribution, according to those familiar with the situation. Sources noted the development has created challenges for some workers, as portions of the funds may have already been used.

They will now be forced to hand back any gift cards they received from Perry.

TSA employees have been working for more than six weeks without pay, and some workers have reported difficulties covering basic expenses during that time.

Whoever recommended this book was absolutely right! Only for the Week by Natasha Bishop is 🌶️🌶️🌶️ and fun and pulls you right into the friend group. I'll probably finish this book this weekend and want to read more by the author!

From the Desk of Zoe Washington was an excellent audiobook to listen to with my almost 8yo. Zoe's dad was wrongfully convicted, and the story talks about the issues Black people face within the US legal system. Zoe is also a baker and my kiddo was inspired to make her own cereal milk cupcake!
