Yeah!!! I agree it’s mostly those 3, but side material also says Mobile Fighters function on some kind of transference which just, like. That’s so intimate! (The phrase for “beloved machine” here I am p sure is a specific phrase that means like “favored unit” but that translation is so cute…)

The principle of the Gundam Fight is "human-machine unity," meaning that the MF is the Gundam Fight itself, and the damage to the unit is also the pilot's. No matter how much damage the unit takes, if you can't feel the pain, it's no different from the weapons of the past. If you can't feel the pain of your opponent or your own beloved machine, this Gundam Fight, which denies war, would lose its meaning.
