So the last couple of days I have been working at full throttle with my AI agent coding setup. Here is what I learned so far: First let me quickly go through my setup. Currently I am using 3 things for my coding needs. - Claude Code - Z.ai's GLM Pro Coding Plan - PHPStorm
Last couple of finishing touches on a new supporting feature for our users. We found out quite early that people are having trouble navigating our platform when they first join since there are quite a bit of features. This is why we built a tour with our new AI assistant mascot Pixel!
So we got quite a few requests to make our calendar drag and drop. Since we now live in 2026 everyone expects the calendars to be drag and drop but our first implementation wasn't. After 2 weeks of work we finally released our new drag and drop calendar! You can check it out on picmim.com
Finally decided after watching many videos from Alex Hormozi to read his book “$100M offers”. And I have to say it gave me a motivational boost, I feel like now I have some sort of plan. I know what I have to do and how to do it. Now its time to execute 💪
It should… Also remember the machine is just doing what its told so it’s always the programmers fault 🫡
