Cannot explain how essential it is to understand this. Especially for ND adults, or those who suspect they might be, and anyone who parents, works with kids or has family/friends even. Teach kids consent by showing them every day!

Super dizzy, breathless and faint, BUT I made it out of bed briefly to start decorating one side of my wheels! And tried on some new Shark compression socks (Mako approves!) Gonna just lay here quietly for a few hours now 😑
