Lego is trying to put me out on the streets. Lego honestly said "hey there's a chubby guy in Maryland who loves Legos and Gaudí, let's see if we can get $800 out of him" and they absolutely will. Lego is going to kill me

I’m finishing school in May and setting a goal to start reading for fun more often. One of my favorite new authors is Amal El-Mohtar; I listened to Time War last year and it blew me away. River Has Roots was also really good. Glass & Iron came out this week and I’m excited to jump into it

This was the one I was most excited about: a used copy of Electric by The Cult, one of my favorite albums ever. There was a pirated copy of Peace inside, which was the original new wave version of the album before they started working with Rick Rubin and went with a more heavy metal sound
Picked up this one because it’s an instant classic. Yes, it’s pop music. But there is not a single song here that isn’t a total showstopper. Zero filler. People will be analyzing this album 20 years from now and writing papers on it.
