I have 50 random backgrounds set. This happened to be the one that popped up this time.
I have one that eats everything - food, grass, 💩, random things on the sidewalk. The other is a constant battle to find a combination she’ll deign to eat for a few weeks before she grows weary of it. And she’ll take 15 minutes to eat it once she starts.
I don’t have a problem with Dem senators saying nice things about a deceased colleague. I have a huge fucking problem with Dem senators acting like everything is fine and failing to rise and lead while fascism takes hold.
12yo has a half dozen friends over for a pool party today. I’m playing lifeguard / grill master.
Also, how fucking cute is this squirrel??? He was starving but otherwise healthy according to the rescuer. She was getting him onto a heating pad and then giving him formula. Prognosis was good. Too bad we can’t release him back to our yard
We’ve had 2 broods of birds on our patio so far this year with a third nest just filled with 4 more eggs. And yesterday we found an abandoned baby squirrel whose parents didn’t retrieve it so it went to a rehabber this afternoon.
Saw someone talking about wedding cakes and felt like sharing my groom’s cake.
It’s very cool. Didn’t record the chandelier rising today, but here’s a clip from another show I recorded. The theatre is across from the performing arts high school and the music was composed by a HS senior and recorded by the HS orchestra.

There’s a line 75 minutes before doors open. People have camp chairs and the few benches are taken. It’s all in the sun, it’s 92 outside, it’s not exactly pleasant Asshole couple came right at the beginning, set up two chairs at the front of the line, then went back to their car leaving the seats
