It's always kind of bittersweet listening to podcasts and audiobooks about ADHD because yeah, it's affirming to be reminded that I'm not being lazy, my brain legitimately likes making my life challenging to manage, but also medication isn't magic and life is going to continue to be a lot of work. 😬😭
We had a productive morning! Early trip to drop 🧙🏻♂️❤️ at work, then Hazel and I stuck fencing club info around the CBD, & last but not least we spent some time throwing/chasing sticks at one of our favourite spots near home. 🥰 Listening to the radio & imagining 🧙🏻♂️ working behind the scenes. ❤️

Proud coach moment. D (left) has made a huge leap with his fencing recently. He's the gentle dad of a family at the club. S (right) has only returned to fencing after a two year break and he was only fencing for a school term back then anyway. He's loving it. This was the final pt for a team match.
Pride Cup was awesome! FV hosted it for their third year and it was a gorgeous day. My young Tassie fencer and her mum came, as did my partner, A, from NSW. We made new friends, caught up with old ones, and of sixteen teams in the Italian Relay the team I was in came 2nd - a nice bonus. 🏳️⚧️🤺🏳️🌈
I had a lovely evening at Dark Feast with one of my fave people and his awesome sibling. The boozy hot choc was delicious and we had a vegan nasi goreng that was so good that it elicited happy dancing from 🧙🏻♂️🥰
🤺 =3rd in Comp #1 of the Masked Owl Épée Series today! I wasn't expecting anywhere near that, with a strong group of 13 entrants. Shout out to my gorgeous partner 🧙🏻♂️ for being unbearably sexy in fencing gear AND for cooking us delicious pancakes and dinner. 🥰 I'm so lucky to be part of his world ❤️🤺
