Traditional Italian supper to welcome the New Year. Yes, I know this is 13 days late. I was busy. Cotechino & Lentils. (The lentils will make a great supper on their own some night)
Fire is good. Especially right after a HUGE meal. (She had three bites & came back to her rug 😉)
Her face isn’t easily seen but she is so comfortable with us now, she relaxes our way… lots of cushions & blankets!
